CMBS loans:

  • Fixed rate long term financing for stabilized commercial real estate
  • Terms: $1MM-$75MM, 5-10 years, up to 80% LTV
  • Subordinate financing permitted only if provided by MSC
  • Property types: multi-family, office, retail, manufactured housing, industrial and hotels

Bridge loans

  • Floating rate first mortgage loans for transitional & value added commercial real estate
  • Terms: $1MM-$50MM, 3 years to 5 years with extension options, up to 85% LTV or LTC
  • Property types – Pre-Development, Construction, Value-Add and Stabilized. Portfolio is comprised of loans on all asset types — Office, Multifamily, Hotel, Industrial, Retail, Student Housing, Senior Housing, Self-Storage, Mobile Home Parks and Infill Land Parcels.

Mezzanine loans

  • Fixed rate mezzanine financing for stabilized commercial real estate
  • General terms: $3MM-$50MM, 5-10 years, up to 85% LTV
  • Property types –Office, Multifamily, Hotel, Industrial, Retail, Student Housing, Senior Housing and Self-Storage.
